How can a site be intelligent?

By training AI agents to respond to your customers' needs and requests—so your site can think, respond, and evolve.

Where is the chatbot on this site?

You can access our own site's chatbot from any page, by clicking on the "Ask our Site" button.

Does a chatbot replace a text FAQ?

A FAQ helps users figure out where a company is coming from, while a chatbot can flexibly answer anything else that comes up. These two formats often appeal to different users, so fortunately, it's easy to include both on your Wix site.

Does the site chatbot have the same info as a FAQ?

No, our chatbots has access to much more than what is in a FAQ, and can respond intelligently to your questions based on what it has learned from all content in our website, including the database, and specific training material that we created. But in some ways, we do structure chatbot training material in the same way we build a FAQ, making sure it responds in ways that keep a chat focused on topic and usefulness.

The AI chatbot on our site runs on Wix’s native AI Site-Chat app, which provides plug-and-play setup, strong security, and forward compatibility with new technologies.

Do users really like AI Chatbots?

Yes, some users prefer to ask their own questions, and it saves them hunting for their question in a FAQ. Many users appreciate the ability to ask follow-up questions, too. And even if a user starts out reading your FAQ, once they want to explore your brand in depth, with their own questions, a chatbot can flexibly help them get what they need.

People of all ages have been using ChatGPT and other LLMs for years now, and many site visitors are comfortable with prompting chatbots. To these users, including the more technically advanced option of an AI on your site will signal that you are current, informed, and capable of navigating a changing world.

How can AI improve my website?

AI-website integration is about reducing friction, which means finding small ways to make things easier for you or your customer. We might build an agent that helps you write high-quality, SEO-friendly alt-text for your images—reducing the time and effort it takes to make your site more accessible, legally sound, and search-optimized.

What is your experience with AI integration?

We've been preparing for this moment for years. While many people are just starting to explore AI tools, we’ve been working daily with large language models since early 2022—writing and refining prompts, analyzing behavior across systems, and developing cognitive prompting techniques to fine-tune how AI agents respond. Our goal has always been to understand how to train these systems to be useful when AI integration with websites became seamless. That day has arrived.

Today, we can install a chatbot like ChatGPT on a Wix site with a single click. But making that agent useful—training it to speak clearly, respond accurately, and stay on-topic—that takes experience. That’s where we come in.

Our AI integration work is built on a foundation of systems thinking, language expertise, and data structure fluency. One of us is a trained systems analyst; both of us have decades of experience working with complex databases and custom data structures. We’ve built sites in XML, JSON, JavaScript, and dynamic frameworks.

We also bring a strong editorial background—one of us is a published author with graduate-level training in language design; the other holds a master’s degree in psychology, with a focus on cognitive development. That crossover matters: integrating AI into a website isn’t just technical—it’s linguistic, structural, and behavioral.

This layered experience informs every AI feature we build—from conversational agents and custom Q&A systems to advanced prompting workflows embedded in client sites.

What's your experience building AI chatbots?

We’ve spent the past two years building and refining AI chatbots, including Discord moderators, website concierges, and small GPT-style agents for tasks like alt-text generation and data cleaning.

Alongside that, we’ve focused deeply on prompting—developing techniques to improve clarity, consistency, and contextual awareness. That work has led to unusually strong results in context-aware sessions, and we’re now focused on bringing that same level of performance to website-based chatbots using Wix’s native AI integration.

What industries do you specialize in?

We’ve worked with tech companies, health organizations, nonprofits, startups, small businesses, and solo founders. What they all have in common is a need for real functionality, strong SEO, and a site built to last. If you need a safe, robust, professional-grade website to support your business, we’re probably a good fit. If you only need a simple site for a short-term project, free tools might be a better option. And if you're a larger company with an internal team, we’re available as technical contractors to support your backend or infrastructure needs.

Do you use Wix templates?

No, we don’t use templates. Templates can be fragile and hard to modify—they often break when you try to customize them. Instead, we build every site from a blank canvas in Wix Studio. That gives us full control over layout, structure, and responsiveness. If you’ve found a Wix template you like, we can recreate its design and functionality—while keeping your site flexible and future-proof.

Why Wix Studio?

We were one of the first agencies to be given access to Wix Studio, and we have never looked back. We are pleasantly delighted with it every single day. Wix Studio is fast, stable, and highly functional. We’ve worked with nearly every platform over the years—hand-coded, CMS-based, open source, and proprietary—and Wix Studio is the first tool we’ve found that feels like it was built for how we actually work now. It saves time without cutting corners.

Why don’t you use WordPress?

We did—for over a decade. WordPress is powerful, but we found it to be increasingly slow, unstable, and expensive to maintain. We're used to seeing major products come and go in this industry, so when WordPress started to worry us in 2021, we spent six months experimenting with every available platform and discovered Wix was much better. So we switched to Wix Editor, and then used Wix Studio when it was released. Wix Studio does what we need faster, cleaner, and with far less friction than WordPress. Unfortunately, WordPress relies on plugins and dwindling volunteer support. Wix is backed by a multi-billion dollar international company with a full-time dev team and constant feature updates. WordPress is slowing down its growth at a time when Wix Studio is exploding with innovation.
